Hypnosis can be thought of as personalized guided meditations based on your present needs. Such as confidence building, staying in the present moment, abundance, and much more. Reiki Classes: One-on-One or with a Group. Each class includes in-depth instruction, four attunements per class and Reiki practice sessions. Certification is available in Level 1, Level 2 and Master Level. Massage Therapists are also able to use this course for Continuation Education Credits through your individual state institutions.
