At Internal Alignments Healing Arts, I offer a variety of alternative healing services to help you on your journey to self-transformation.
As a Usui Reiki Master, Hypnotist and Transformation Coach with nearly a decade of experience, I have seen the power of healing firsthand. My own healing journey led me to discover my inner magic, and I want to help you connect to yours.
Whatever your goals may be, I'm here to help you shift mindset to be able to live a stable and balanced life. Sessions are available in-person in Portland, OR and remotely via Zoom or Phone Call.
Meet Your Provider
My name is Jamie "JJ" Crawford, and I am an inherently born Healer and Self-Transformation Therapist. I provide holistic healing and wellness services to individuals and groups.
My passion for helping others heal began as a nurse in western medicine and witnessed how the body and mind work together. I began to grow a curiosity how the spirit relates to these parts of ourselves.
Now, for nearly a decade, I have been practicing the healing arts, as a Transformation Coach, Usui Reiki Master and Hypnotist. Fully certified in energy medicine, chakra alignments, hypnosis and past-life regressions.
My work is rooted in the understanding that each person’s body, mind, and spirit are intricately connected and aspires to be in balance for optimal mental and emotional health. My services range from individual and group sessions to guided journeys and more. Healing is a journey, and I am here to be your guide.
